Too much time on the blogosphere.... such fab ideas in the world...

Hi one and all,  boy I have been slack with blogging this month, but like everyone elso I am just busy busy busy... where the days go I do not know but please someone tell me who keeps stealing them...  the kids are also growing too fast...


I have been busy, a class or two teaching, forgot to take photos...   I know I need to remember.....

A few bits of stitching have been done, one is a secret,  a couple of other ufo's have been out looked at and contemplated over...  here is the months stitching... kaleidoscope ufo is out, north pole blocks are done...

A school camp, abseiling, highropes, bivy building, kayaking, games, mountain biking, archery, cooking, cleaning bush walking, orienteering.  wow and that was all in three days, no wonder I am a bit tired this Thursday and Friday..

Sunday...stitching and a tea party

Its sunday and the  9th March whew cannot believe this year is faster than the last...

I have missed so many posts and I am late for the Xmas item a month so my apologies, lets hope I remember the date this month.

We have had tea and cake for my mothers 70th birthday today which was actually on the 25th feb..  Family time, we haven't  seen each other in so long... the grandchildren with grandma..

Last weekend I was at Bruce Springsteen concert in Auckland, such a lovely weekend and if I have the energy Bruce does at 64 I will be so pleased.  He sang nonstop for just over 3 hours.

Saturday I had a group of ladies together to do accurate paper piecing and I even forgot to take photos that day everyone was so intent on remembering what to do..   Here is what I prepared...

Also a bit of stitching for my mini stitching club.. Sorry girls can only show you just a taster, the theme is easter...  Need to have this posted by the 31st March...

Now to the post that needed to be done by the 25th Feb and I missed ( it was my mothers 70th birthday that day)  so sorry for being so late this month....

Bag - From Red Home book - A xmas present

 

 

Can anyone tell me why my photos rotate back when I have resized and rotated before saving them?  This is an hour of trying to sort pictures, good quality stitching time.!
